Over Wefest, the Humane Society of the Lakes is having two tattoo artists at the shelters so come get inked up! There's over 150+ designs. Appointments are walk in only. August 1st 1PM to 11PM August 2-3 10AM to 11PM August 4th 10AM to 6PM
